Part: R2914

Symptom:
PIP inop. The set had no small picture or box in the PIP mode. The OSD would
show PIP beside the channel number when activating PIP.

Solution:
Checking voltages at U2901 found near 0VDC at pin 20 of the serial data input
to the PIP processor. Checking off pin 20, showed R2914 with a poor
connection on one side. Repairing the solder connection of R2914 repaired the
set.
