sale of land fully declared in the agreement itself in which we have,
the executants of this letter of authority, are the joint owners and
payments are to be received from Eden Housing Limited; and

    the present executants have agreed that 1) Dr. Muhammad


Hafeez Abbas and 2) Ahsan Imtiaz Bhatti are being authorized to
receive all payments from Eden Housing Ltd on our behalf and issue
valid receipt on behalf of the present executants, as well.

    by this letter of authority, we, the above named


executants do hereby authorize Dr. Muhammad Hafeez Abbas and
Ahsan Imtiaz to receive payments to be made by Eden Housing
Limited in pursuance to the agreement of sale dated _____ in respect
of the land described therein and the said payment for all intents and
purposes shall be deemed to have made to the present executants
and the receipt issued by them, shall be a valid receipt / discharge in
favour of the Eden Housing Limited.
