Managing one’s self

My strengths are that I am bold enough to face any situations. I am adaptable to any situations whether it might be
work place or at home. I quickly think and have the answers for any problems. I always see problem as an
opportunity and try to solve it out. I am good with numbers and I would like to get into the work which is related to
accounts and finance. I am having good analytical skills.

I am trying to learn more and more each and every day whenever I wake up. I keep learning things by seeing what is
happening around and also through news paper and news channels and other sources.

My values are strong. For me whatever I do should be right and should not harm others. In the family, I always think
that all good should happen to all. But I don’t know how much strong my values are going to be when I enter the
corporate. I have no experience what an all happen inside the office. So again I should adopt according the
environment in the office but still I would always try to be the standard in my opinions and suggestions.

I belong from the family where we follow are rules and regulations. We are spiritually strong and we believe in
spiritual values. We are been thought to do our work at time and at right time and whatever we do, we should give
our best. We will be rewarded one day for sure. We are always told that we should always do well and be good so
then only all good will in turn happen to us.

I give more importance to the relationships. I belong from the family where there are so many members and we have
great respect and high authority for all. Whether is personal relationships or family relationships I have a great
respect for it and I value it the most. They are very important in today s being.

Second half of my life I would like to have good job with me. I would like to have good relationship with all the
people around me. I am respecting all in present and would do the same in future and I would expect the same in my
next half of my life. I would like to have a beautiful family and would try to satisfy all my wants and wants of my
dependents.

Ways I have decided.

My core- competence is that I am adaptable to all situations and I can give immediate solutions for any problems. I
can manage situations even under pressure and I can give good solutions for the problems.

I am going to compete with the whole world. I am learning the ways and decision making process of the managers
in today s corporate field. I am a good communicator and could easily communicate with all the people. I have
convincing personality and can convince people around me.

I think that I am a good communicator and with average knowledge about all the fields so that I can become the part
of the departments in the office. I can make friends quickly and can learn things faster and quickly from others.

I always take personal decisions of my own. I don’t like consulting with other people for my personal decisions. But
if its group work and if the decision has to be taken, then I would always prefer to go with the group’s decision. I
always give my opinions and suggestions about the decision that is being taken.

I always take risk in my life but not with my life. I always take calculated risk. I always see the pros and cons of the
decision I am taking. I always see what best can happen and also see to that what worst can happen with the taken
decision.
Whenever I give my exams, I try to give my best. I frame short term targets and long term targets. For me to
perform good in my exams are my short term targets. Once it gets done, I immediately frame the second target and
the list goes on and on. I want to become CFO of the MNC Company. For that I have to frame small targets at each
and every level to achieve the big one at the last.

I always understand myself to the best. I know what I am capable of and I know what things can be done by me and
what the things which I cannot do. My strength is my PGDM. I think that doing this course has made stronger than I
was before. I feel that I am on the right path as I have selected this course. I am adaptable to any situation and can
solve any problems, let it be in the personal level or may be in the work place. My weakness is that I am sometimes
very emotional and can make some hasty decisions under some situations. But I am working on it so that I don’t
repeat those mistakes again. My opportunities are that I have selected the field of finance and I am capable of doing
most of the things which are related to finance. There is huge demand of finance candidates in India. There is more
number MBA, s getting graduated every year and the number will keep increasing. I have to compete with the whole
world, for that I have to always be with updated knowledge.

I have good networking skills. I always keep learning things from the people working in the corporate. When I went
for training, I made good contact with the people working in that organization and did my best to learn things from
the employees working there. I have a very strong personal network. People in some reputed companies know me
very well. Most of my siblings are working and by the means of them, I got good network.

I have chosen banking industry. I am looking career in this industry. In India, the banking sector is growing at nice
rate. I want to grow as the industry grows. I am also looking opportunities in manufacturing industries. If I get a
chance to work in this sector, I would like to work in it.

As I am at growing age and my age is just 22, I still of lots of chances to commit mistakes and I feel that I can learn
things continuously. Every time I commit mistake, I think it as a stepping stone towards success and try to correct
myself. I have been doing all this from my under graduation days.

I want to be a niche product in the market. I would like to be paid for my intelligence and skills. I would always like
present myself as a differentiated product rather being low cost one.

Holistic thinking

I always think that whatever happens, that happens for good only. I always think that everything is linked to each
other.

For me in my life, I want to earn lots of money, respect and great love from people who are going to be associated
with me. I would like to be motivated all time from my colleagues’ and my peer group. I value time the most. I
would like to be rewarded internally and externally. I would like to get appreciation from all the people who are
going to be with me in the future.

When I stand in front of mirror, I would always be proud to see myself with what I have done and what I have
achieved. I want myself to achieve all things which I am expecting I should have. Every day I wake up in the
morning, I will see it as an opportunity and will try to achieve new things. I would love to learn new things in life
which in turn in future might be useful for my career.
