Analysis:-
After studying the survey we come to know that the consumers
were not satisfied with the store. As per the company (store) they
prove every word by opening stores near people, by organizing
events, seasonal promotions, sales, and by stocking showrooms
with their favorite’s items among others. They also tell that when
people walk into their stores, they’ll find every member of our
staff courteous, polite and friendly. After all, they love nothing
more but to see people and and their family enjoy every moment
of your shopping experience. What’s more, should you desire
specific assistance on any matter they can easily contact any
member of the management to have your questions answered.
People were not satisfied by the services and offering given by
the employee there. Simultaneously they also feel that
merchandise price was very high according to their budget. The
merchandise stock was also out of stock for whatever reasons. As
the merchandise stock was very attractive .people was more
conscious about that but there were no choice for paying high
value to the product.
It is also noticed that the no. of footfall were from youth side. Due
to fashion trends and the variety they were fully attracted toward
the ritu wears because they know that they will get the best
collections from that.
Conclusion and recommendation:-
The store should have unique bond of friendship and mutual
concern with all our customers. They should care for customer,
and are always striving to provide them with tons of shopping,
unlimited fun, and an experience that makes them feel like a star.
They should believe customer relationship is of prime importance
for any enterprise and always put the customers before
everything else. They should believe in convenience and being
close to customer at every step, so whenever we feel the urge to
shop at our favourite store, we’d always find at our doorstep.
They should understand the trend and fashion with the price
differential so that people could move more and more to that type
of store, or we can say the footfall will be more .they should
provide proper offer and discount for the customer and also
loyalty program.
