1. This permit must be accompanied with the corresponding firearm license.
2. The firearms and ammunition for transport shall be properly wrapped and
labeled with the anme and address of the licensee if it is for posting.
3. The applicant must be in proper uniform if escorting large amount of cash or
valuables.
4. This permit is non-transferable and is good only for one way trip.
