Exclusive Right to Present

This Agreement for Employment /Consulting Services is made on DD/MM/2011 between (Full
name of Candidate), herein referred to as “Consultant’’ residing at
_______________________(address)____________________________ and Datacore
Technologies Pvt Ltd. herein referred as the “Employer” having its office at No 3, “Alp
Heights”. Palace Road, 12th Main, Vasanthnagar, Bangalore – 560 052, India.

The Consultant gives the Employer Exclusive Right to present him/her either in person or
through their individual resume or biodata to any of the Employer’s Clients for the project
requirement.

The Consultant agrees to attend all interviews, group discussions, written or oral tests with
the best of his capabilities at the client’s location as directed and informed by the Employer

The Consultant agrees to report to the Project at the given client site within 2 weeks or earlier
as per the agreement during personal/telephonic interview post confirmation by our client,
consultant will and execute work assigned to him/her to the best of his /her capabilities.
