With reference to the DO letter from DRM/NED addressed to


FA&CAO/S&W/SC , the statement showing the non receipt of debits pertaining to
supplies made by DGS&D/Rc to Consignee on Nanded Division has been scruitinised
and it is confirmed that Debits were raised to NED Division for 46 items and for 7 items
the Schedule are yet to bereceived from the respective PAO’s .

A statement showing the details of Debits raised and adjusted to Nanded Division
is furnished herewith for review and reconciliation.
