This system is defined as a gate pass
security system.it’s main aim to secure
company from outside visitor s,contractors
and the departments ,company vehicle
security,material,visitor scrap
information,contractor.
 INTRODUCTION
“Gate pass security means that there is security
on the gate such that the company or any
organization remains safe and the unwanted
people without work cannot enter inside it.

The outdoor people must have on identity card or

the letter of the authorized person to whom he
has to be meant .

The gate pass security is meant for the security of

the people also”.
 ASSUMPTION
In this system ,available for other entities as
below:

Security:
It maintains the security for the visitor
inside the company.

Department:
It can be decided by the visitors approval
status.

Visitor:
visitor can not be enter without pass and
department permission.
Management:
The security can gives all of reports to
the management.

Contractor:
Contractor will generated by the
contractor report to gives the security.

Vehicle:
Vehicle gives its vehicle info pass than
come inside otherwise not.
