Free of Charge Order Process

The document discusses setting up order processes in SAP for free of charge orders. It identifies that free of charge orders and returns are currently not handled in their system. It proposes using a "ZFD" order type for free of charge sales orders where all lines would be free of charge, and a "ZFDR" order type for free of charge returns to reverse any cost center charges. It also suggests potentially creating a new order type to handle damaged, close-out, and job out orders with simplified pricing and an automatic order hold.
