MEDITATION

Meditation has physical and mental benefits. It allows the body to relax and refresh itself while reducing stress. What Is Meditation

ë Meditation is not a technique but a positive way


to live life
ë An ordinary person may consider meditation as
a worship or prayer. But it is not so. Meditation
means awareness. Whatever you do with
awareness is meditation. "Watching your
breath" is meditation; listening to the birds is
meditation. As long as these activities are free
from any other distraction to the mind

your body and focus your thoughts,
thus focusing your mind and
allowing you to let go of the day's
troubles. It allows your body to

pressure and your mental outlook.
