Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Lead a small team of software engineers building enhancements to web-based user interfaces
- Develop, document, and maintain product user interface software
- Work closely with business analysts and architects to gather requirements and design
components
Minimum Professional and Technical Skills:
 4-7 years Java development experience
 Strong web development skills including expertise with XHTML, Struts, Spring, CSS,
JavaScript, and related web technologies
 Database and SQL experience with at least one major RDBMS product such as Oracle,
MySQL, MS SQL Server, Sybase, etc.
 Experience with a Java-based object-relational mapping framework such as Hibernate
 Understanding of core Java and J2EE API's including JNDI, JMS, JPA, XML
SAX/DOM
 Expertise with J2EE application servers such as JBoss, Weblogic, or Websphere
 Strong spoken and written English skills
