Motion to Compel Judicial Boundary/Abjuration of the Realmt
Comes now, Jeffrey P. Erbs, upon Motion to Compel Judicial Boundary/Default Abjuration of the
Realm, whereupon by fraudulent Practice Roderick Cameron, Steven Cray and Pamela Veith have
committed fraud upon this court, Constituting Criminal Contempt, whereby the Ability of this Court to
Function has been impeded by such Actions, and Actors.
Upon Admissions this court shall be held to its Bounds as to Judicial Canon Ability without ability to
aver, or otherwise maintain the practice of law, thereby determining any matter or evidence before it,
unless said evidence shall be proven false by the other party. Denial of Motion to Compel Boundary,
Strike or any other type of Quash Ability VOIDS this court as nonexistent, and results in a Default
Abjuration of the Realm.
Jeffrey P. Erbs is not to be coerced, intimidated, abused, battered, stalked, harassed, or otherwise
harmed by any court officer, any official or any other minion acting upon orders of this Court, Clerk or
any officer thereof in illegal manner.
