All praise and thanks for Almighty ALLAH who is entire source of knowledge
and wisdom delivered to mankind. After ALLAH all praise and thanks are for his
dearest prophet Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) for source of knowledge and
guidance.

We also wish to avail this opportunity to thank Dr. Muhammad Shahid Iqbal ,
head of department of infectious diseases, Institute of Public Health Lahore, for
