Minutes of Board Meeting of the Narberth Civic Association,

March 9, 2011

Board members present:Georgette DuBois, Jim Speer, Gigi Tevlin-


Moffat, Liz Brown, Deborah Lonsdorf

In the absence of any officers:

Old Business:

Membership:

Estimate that we more than doubled our membership as a result of


the Party in Your Borough.

We should send out a message to full membership, inviting


participation.

4th of July Committee - should we do more outreach to them?


Offer them a table at NarbEarth Day? Can we help them with
events?

As Tom to plug website in NarbNet (we have been doing this


already to an extent)

New Business:

Participation in Michael Gaudini’s film festival, for the fall.


Motion to support the film fest with help, running a concession
stand. Seconded. Unanimous vote in favor.

Welcome bags for neighbors: Working on getting running list of


people newly moved in. Every quarter year? Need to establish a
pattern.

Motion to adjourn.
