Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of documents required for meeting ISO requirements.
Update policies and procedures manuals and flowcharts based on process improvements and process re-
engineering.
Liaise with the Group’s internal and external auditors to obtain information with respect to regulatory lam/
regulations
Possess a good understanding of process workflows, operating controls, banking best practices and
regulatory requirements
Ensure high standards of confidentiality and data backup exist to prevent loss or uncontrolled amendments
to the approved policies and procedures and other documents.
Requirement
University graduate in Business Administration, Business Process Re-engineering or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of banking experience in GCC in Branch Banking/ Operations/ Audit/ Internal Controls
with a good understanding of the various facets of banking activities.
Should possess strong translation skills from Arabic to English and vice-versa.
Exceptional Microsoft Office (e.g Word, Excel, Outlook, Visiol skills,
Exceptional policies and procedures and flowcharting drafting skills.
