Alhamdulillah, for giving me the strength

Introduction
Food is our main source of energy.To
study food more effectively,it is grouped
into seven classes.Each of these food
classes that its own functions,sources and
effects due to deficiencies.We need to eat
food from all the different food classes,in
the correct quantities in oreder to be
healthy.
Objective
.The objective is analyzing the classes of
food and nutrition that we are eating
every single day.
