Conclusion of Project

This document summarizes the findings, limitations, and suggestions of an industrial training project report for a textile engineering student. The key findings were that the industrial training was very helpful for learning about textile technology and production processes. However, there were also some limitations, such as a lack of materials, data, experienced personnel, and sufficient supervision or guidance. Suggestions for improvement included providing more technical personnel and resources to students, allowing more time to complete comprehensive projects, and choosing data-oriented topics with available references.

5 Conclusion:

5.1 Findings:

As a textile engineer everybody should perform industrial attachment and project report. Undoubtedly
this industrial training was very helpful to learn about textile technology, production process, textile
machineries, industrial management, match with industrial environment .Project is also very important
part of practical experience. This work prepare a person for the specialty on the specific topic. It was the
first opportunity to work on the industry.

5.2. Limitations:

 The lack of materials and data made our efforts slow and increase hesitations to fulfill the job.
 Shortage of experienced persons also a big problem, because nobody was able to clear our
concept the way finishing the term.
 We did not get enough supervision from our department to complete the project.
 We did not get enough supervision from the responsible persons of different sections due to their
busy schedule. So, there may some limitations of data of different section in this report.
 We had a very limited time. In spite of willingliness to study in more details it was not possible to
do so.

5.3. Suggestions:

 Due to shortage of technical persons (Textile Engineers) nobody is aware about this factor for
that reasons process loss is increasing and difference in fabric width after weaving.
 To fulfill this topic lot of parameters of weaving process is considered but it is not possible at a
short time. This topic is time consuming to get perfect result.
 Contraction factor of fabric mainly depending on the type of fabric, construction, type of loom for
bulk production, finishing type, end use. To complete this statement 2 month is not enough.
 To increase the facility of book for the students because by searching reference book to our
library we did not get any knowledge about this topic.
 Supervisor teacher should have adequate document for the given project topic to the student but it
was our bad lack that we did not get enough document we needed.
 As to complete this project report we faced a lot of problem because nobody did it before there is
no extra help from the internet. We believe the project have to give students should be data
oriented.
