Task: Evaluating student’s behavior towards the preparation of healthy fruit jelly dessert.
Description of the Task:
This activity takes 30 minutes given to 2nd year high school students taking up TLE subject. The
aim of this activity is to assist the TLE Teacher in factual insights of their student’s behavior
towards the activities done in the class.

Objectives:
At the end of the activity, the students should be able to
1. Identify and measure the emotional and behavioral strengths of each student towards
motivation to perform the activity.
2. Determine which area of the student’s behavior that needs to be improved.

Instruction:
For each of the following statements, please indicate how much of the following behavior
applies to you. Please check on which of the appropriate column is much more likely to you
based on the following criteria:

assigned task because the activity has

Scoring Procedure:

To get the total points, add the total number of points and refer to the table below for the
interpretation:

Score Interpretation

You are highly motivated towards learning


about TLE subject and performing the activity
40 given. Your score indicates an excellent
positive interest and appreciation in the subject
matter.
30-39 You are satisfactory motivated in learning TLE
subject and performing the activity.
Your motivation on learning the subject needs
20-29 to be developed. Your score indicates and
unsatisfactory review.
You need to develop your motivation to learn
10-19 the subject. Your score indicates an extremely
negative review. Does not show any interest
and willingness.
