PERTINENT RULES IN FILING LEAVE OF ABSENCE


ART 222: No leave of absence shall be granted during the quarter within two weeks
before the last day of classes.
LOA filed after mid-quarter is counted against residence.
ART 219: The application indicating the reason for the leave must be filed every
semester but the period must not exceed one academic year.
