 KPIT Cummins is a product engineering and IT consulting company


providing solutions and services to the Manufacturing, Automotive,
Industrial Equipments, High Tech and Semiconductor companies. It
is headquartered in Pune India and has offices in 11 countries
including the United Kingdom, Poland, China, India, France, South
Africa, Germany, United States, Japan, Singapore and Korea.
Worldwide KPIT Cummins has over 6000 employees
Recruitment Procedure and stages involved

 Actual recruitment procedure is based on the requisition created for a


particular requirement. Recruitment cycle involves different stages
from creation to closure of these requisitions. Steps involved are-
• Creation of requisition with unique id.
• Approval of requisition by resource management team
• Assignment of requisition to recruitment team for fulfillment
• Sourcing of CV’s from portal, agencies, internal reference.
• Screening of resumes by recruitment team members and
delivery team members
• Technical interview of selected candidate by technical team(Level 1)
• HR interview of selected candidates at level 1 are taken by
recruitment team(Level 2)
• Offer letter dispatch and negotiations with the candidate
• Acceptance of offer by the candidate
• Closing of requisition by candidate joining the organization
