Concept

There are many problem in a runing system that can be solved at administrator level i.e. 1. System is running too slow. 2. Please Add a new Concept Etc etc.....

The Solution

A Module that allow *controlled* interaction between the user and the Admin.

How

Popup screen on every page ( top on the left side ) that allow that Interaction.

Predefined Subject

Status

Severity

Attachment/Page Context/Message Context

Admin ability to forward it to the JIRA Instance.
