The shape, size and consistency of your stools can be an indicator of good health, of a potential health problem or of alcohol and drug abuse. Heres how to analyze them:
HEALTHY Stools come out similar to a sausage but with cracks in the surface. Well formed and the length of your wrist to your elbow, honey brown colour.
