INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
STEP 1: ASSEMBLE THE 2PCS A FRAME LOWER STRUCTURE , CONNECT PARTNUMBER 1,2,3 AND 4,5,6 PUT THE C- CHANNEL CONNECTING PLATETOGETHER WITH THE BOLTS AND NUTS NOTE: VERIFY THE WHICH IS THE MOTOR SIDE

STEP 2: ASSEMBLE THE 2PC CENTER STRUCTURE I BEAM , CONNECT PART 7,8 AND 9,10 PUT THE C-CHANNEL CONNECTING PLATE TOGETHER WITH THE BOLTS & NUTS AND CONNECT IT TO PART 1,2,3 & 4,5,6 PUT ALSO THE BOLTS AND NUTS AND TIGHT TOGETHER

STEP 3: CONNECT THE 2PCS A FRAME UPPER STRUCTURE (PART 11 & 12) TO THE FRAME LOWER STRUCTURE AND PUT THE BOLTS AND NUT

STEP 4: ASSEMBLE THE ROTATING SHAFT PART 13 &14 BY CONNECTING THE 2 JOINTS, PUT THE BOLTS & NUTS AND TIGHT IT NOTE: VERIFY THE ALIGNMENT OF THE TWO PARTS

STEP 5: MOUNT THE ROTATING SHAFT TO THE A FRAME UPPER STRUCTURE AND PUT THE BOLTS & NUTS, ALSO MOUNT THE UPPER BEAM SIGNAGE HOLDER (PART 17) ON THE TOP OF THE UPPER A FRAME STRUCTURE

STEP 6: MOUNT THE 2 ARMS LEFT & RIGHT (PART15,16) TO THE ROTATIN SHAFT PUT ALL THE BOLTS & NUT

STEP 7: MOUNT THE SEAT ASSEMBLY (PART 18)TO THE 2 ARMS (PART 15 16) TOGETHER WITH THE BOLTS AND NUTS

STEP 8: AFTER THE ASSEMBLY COMPLETION SECURE ALL THE BOLTS AND NUTS ARE TIGHTENED USING THE TORQUE WRENCH
