SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: We, MONGKOY, MANTA, CEBU, BATOWA-AN, SAYANA, NASSER,

EDGAR, AND PUTRI, all surnamed MACABANGKIT, of legal ages, Filipinos and residents of Iligan city, by these presents do hereby name, appoint, and constitute MR. AMIR B. MACABANGKIT, of legal age, Filipino, residing at Iligan City, to be our attorney-in-fact, to do and perform in our behalf, place and stead the following, to wit: 1. To make representation before any office, agency, person or official, relative to our monetary claim from the national power corporation for damages and recovery of possession with alternative prayer for just compensation, under Civil Case No. 4094 and its subsequent appeal to the Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court; 2. To make, sign, negotiate and execute any contract or documents of whatever nature or any kind, excluding signing, endorsing and enchasing of checks/ vouchers or any other negotiable instruments that may be paid to us by the National Power Corporation; 3. To earmark or set aside from the net amount / claim that may be receiver or garnished from the National Power Corporation, equivalent to twenty five percent (25 %) as payment to our contractual obligation with the attorney-infact for the services rendered in following-up this pending claim with the NAPOCOR under Civil Case No. 4094, G.R. NO. SP54889 at the Court of appeals and G.R. NO. 141447 at the Supreme Court entitled. Heirs of Macabangkit, Sangcay VS. National Power Corporation; 4. That this SPA is only valid for two months effective upon its signing and may be extended at the option of the undersigned heirs, depending on the progress of the transaction. HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING, unto our said Attorney-in-fact the full power and authority, whatsoever requisites and necessary or proper to carry out fully and effectively do the foregoing authority which we might or could lawfully do if personally present and hereby ratifying and confirming all that our said attorney-in-fact may do or come to be done by virtue of this special Power and Authority.
