Worked as a trainee translator with the Egyptian Ministry of Mass-Media for six months. Worked as a Front Desk agent at "Mena- House Oberoi" from the 1st of October till the end of November 2005. From the 1st of December 2005 up till 1/07/2007 working as a FrontDesk Agent at "CONRAD CAIRO" Hotel. From 01/07/2009 till now working as an administration assistant at the sales sector head office in Telecom Egypt.

Acting as a shift leader and supervisor Making check-in and check-out for daily arrivals. Checking the daily arrivals for the groups, individuals and making sure that assigned rooms are meeting their requests. Reporting any hiccups of internal or external guests to the management if not able to solve. Auditing reports Focusing on the Employee's attitude during duty hours.
