Introduction
A SINGLE ZONE CMOS ALARM is an electronic annoyance device installed in a vehicle or museums in an attempt to discourage theft of the vehicle and in many protective appliances. These alarms work by emitting high-volume sound (usually a siren, klaxon, prerecorded verbal warning, or a combination thereof) when the conditions necessary for triggering are met, as well as by flashing some of the vehicle's lights, and (optionally) notifying the car's owner via a paging system and interrupting various electrical circuits necessary for the car to start. This circuit features automatic Exit and Entry delays, timed bell cut-off, and system reset. It has provision for normally-open and normally-closed switches, and will suit all of the usual input devices (Pressure Mats, Magnetic Reed contacts, Foil Tape, PIR s (passive infra red) and Inertia-Sensors.
Hardware Components
Buzzer (small piezo type) Relay (SPCO/SPDT with coil resistance of 270 ohms that allows 45 ma current ) Cmos ic (4081) 14 pin socket
CONSTRUCTION
Advantages
Many valuable things in museums can be protected by using this alarm system.
APPLICATIONS
Home Security System
Conclusion
Hence by the advent of this advanced technology of single zone cmos alarm this can be applied to any platform yields better results. Looking at the industry trends in the past 2 decades and the exponential curve it seems to me that there is going to be a lot of research and improvements to the existing cmos technology implementing many advanced security systems for various uses.
Future Scope
CMOS is the best technology to provide the systems required for security. One of the important and fast growing technology is closed circuit television. By using this technology even the video can also be recorded and is helpful in many investigations. By using CMOS technology
