Aloo Gobi

Ingredients:

Cauliflower Potatoes Cumin Seeds Ginger Paste Garlic Paste Turmeric Powder Red Chilli Powder Tomatoes Garam Masala Coriander Powder Coriander Leaves Water Oil Salt to taste

500 gms 4 no.s 1 tsp 1 piece 3 flakes tsp 2 tsp 3 no.s 1 tsp

2 tsps 2 TBS (chopped) 100 ml cup

Method: Cut the cauliflower into florets and the potatoes into cubes. Heat oil and saut cumin seeds for a minute. Add garlic and ginger paste stir and add potatoes. Saute again and add turmeric powder , chilli powder , garam masala powder and coriander powder and saut again. Add tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes and then add cauliflower and cook on high heat and add water and salt and cook on low heat for 15 minutes till the vegetables are done. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
