1. Prepare a welcome speech for the Independence Day celebration in your college.

The land of the gods, the land of diversities, the land of festivals whereby every man and woman from every community every religion every culture celebrates and live together as one i.e.; as Indians no doubt India is Incredible. Today the 15th of August is Indias Independence Day, and we Indians are proud to say we have owned our freedom 63 years old back. As we gather here today I take the opportunity to congratulate every student and teacher of this college a Happy Independence Day! I also take the opportunity of welcoming you our chief guest for today Dr. Mukul Sangma, honorable Chief Minister of our state, Meghalaya and also the principal of the college Father I.Warpakma. As we all know every year we used to celebrate this year with many cultural programs, this year also we are going to celebrate our freedom with the different cultural programs prepared and to be performed by our students belonging to different communities but with the feeling that we are one as brothers and sisters with no distinction with regard to caste, creed or religion; we are born from the same motherland India. But before we start with the program we are going to pay respect to our motherland and also to every Indian heroes who have fought hard for this freedom by standing and singing together the national anthem and after that I requested honorable chief minister Dr. Mukul Sangma and Father principal to come forward to light the lamp and hosted the Indian flag as well as to enlightened us with their speech. Thank you.

2. Also prepare a vote of thanks speech for the chief guest volunteers and so on. Now we have come to the end of the program but I believe that the feeling of patriotism and fraternity will always stay with us forever. I would like to specially thank our honorable Chief Guest for today the Chief Minister of the state none other than Dr. Mukul Sangma for his valuable time with us and also for his wonderful speech though short has enlightened us and inspire us in many ways. I would also like to thank Fr. Principal of whom without him this auspicious function would not have happen. Not to forget all the teachers, the volunteers, the students, the participants and helpers who have sacrifice everything to make this function happen, their efforts and hard works in organizing, decorating, participating and in many other ways, I would like to thank all of you for your help and your effort in making this function a grant success. I also like to thank Bah Rafael for the sound arrangement and every one responsible in making this program a success. Thank you all, Thank You India! JAI HIND!!

Prepare a speech exhorting your college mates to donate blood on World Blood Day My dear friends and my colleagues, I am standing here before you to tell you that we all need to live and help each other to survive in this world, we never know what accidents and hard times we may face and sometimes we may face something as either life or death. I am here to tell you that I have been giving blood for nearly three times now for the last three years during World Blood Day and I am here to encourage you too to take part in it. I know how you might feel a little hesitant but you do not need to be afraid of it for instead you will feel good and great about yourself for you know u can save someones life. There are hundreds and thousands of people men, women and children who may need blood waiting in hospitals for someone to donate them blood so as to live. I encourage you that if you are fit and healthy come forward and donate blood and you will never ever regret. Thus I end my speech with a hope that you will come forward without hesitant and without being narrow-minded for donating blood is safe as well as does not put you at any risk or harm. Thus, I end my speech here with a quote Donate Blood, Save a Life. Thank you! 4.
