Affidavit of Correction

Mauro C. Abalos, representing the International Maritime and Technical Institute Foundation Inc., signed an affidavit to correct an error made in a previous deed of sale. The deed of sale had incorrectly listed the title number of a 992 square meter property sold to Alipio F. Fernandez as coming from TCT No. 32580, when it should have been taken from TCT No. 319285. Abalos signed the affidavit to attest to the truth of the error and clarify that the correct title number for the property is TCT No. 319285.

AFFIDAVIT REGARDING CORRECTION OF TITLE

1, MAURO C. ABALOS, representative of INTERNATIONAL MARITIME AND TECHNICAL INSTITUTE FOUNDATION INC., of legal age, Filipino and a resident of San Fabian, Pangasinan, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and say;

1, That I was the one who signed in the documents of Deed of Absolute and in the said document that 992 square meters, which was sold to Alipio F. Fernandez was taken from TCT NO. 32580, land Registry of the Province of Pangasinan; 2. That the Title which was indicated at said Deed of Absolute Sale of said portion of 992 sq.,m., should have been taken from TCT NO. 319285 and not from TCT NO. 32580 it was an erroneous entry of Title no., That the true and correct Title no. should be TCT NO. 319285; 3. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing statements and not for fraud as well as for whatever legal purpose it may serve IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto affixed my signature this ____th day of __________________ at Dagupan City, Philippines.
