We the under signed having a flat no. 501 in your society. We are facing several problem in this society which we are trying to bring your kind knowledge. We have submitted the share certificate to the society on 06 / 12 / 2010 for name transfer. Till date there is no reply from your side. 4) we have informed you that it is require to protect the main door of our flat from rain water before monsoon, but society have not taken any step up to 20 / 05 / 2011.

We the under signed having a flat No. 501 in your society. We are facing several problem in this society which we are trying to bring your kind knowledge. Kindly look after following problem :1) We have submitted the share certificate to the society on 06/12/2010 for name transfer. Till date there is no reply from your side. 2) We have submitted all the paper asked by the society like copy of sale agreement, under taking letter, request letter, original share certificate etc. So, far we are not getting the maintenance bill in our name. 3) We have informed you that it is require to protect the main door of our flat from rain water before monsoon, but society have not taken any step up to 20/05/2011. Therefore, we have made a sliding window to protect the door. On 20/06/2011 we come to know that, society has demolished the window with out any notice and in our absence. May we know that what kind of action are taken by the society to protect the door. Hereby we are humbly request you please look into the matter and take the necessary action.
