As already Rajabalachandran sir is assigned as a tour coordinator. But as I am eager & motivated to accommodate as an additional coordinator & I am ready to bare to & fro travel expenses. I kindly request you to permit to go on on-duty. It is my great pleasure if you allow me to accommodate them. I request you to grant me the permission & oblige.
