Essay Personal Narrative

The author describes their first day at a new school as very creepy. They did not know anyone in their class and found interacting with new students very different than their primary school friends. The transition to this new school was difficult as the author was unprepared for classes taught in English, like science and math, since they came from a bilingual class. They particularly disliked their strict English teacher who forced students to only speak English, finding this requirement very creepy and sometimes wanting to slap the teacher's face, regardless of punishment. After a difficult first month adjusting, the author was thankful they eventually made friends and became more comfortable.

Conclusion The Creepy Day My first day at school as a stranger was really creepy. Have you ever been in this situation? Well, Im not sure if youve been in this situation. This was happened when I entered junior high school which my primary school friends didnt enter this school and I only knew some people but they were not in my class. I met people which was really different than my primary school friends. There were short people, tall people, big people, fat people, even from different ethnics however Chinese is the ethnic majority in my class. I remembered the first person I met who sat right next to me, hes Viriya, was a nerd guy. I only talked with him few sentences because I rarely meet new people and directly talk to them. My old school and my junior high school were completely different. From the way the teacher punishes until how my friends do. I didnt understand anything at first because I havent learned mathematics or other science subjects in English and that made my report card scores were bad at the first mid-semester. I also sometimes dont like how my teacher required all the students to talk each other using English and it was really really creepy. I only talked English when she came. I just want to slap her face no matter how she would punish me.

Okay thats how I felt. It was really creepy during the first month but thank God, I can make friends with them and now I have many friends.
