It is being informed to the students of BE ( Civil) Project groups that the Mid-term Project presentation will be conducted as per the following schedule. Midterm Presentation Schedule: Date:September 4 2011, Sunday Time:7:30 a.m onwards Venue : PEC Hall Date: August 30,2011, Tuesday Electronics & Communication ( Major) Civil (Major) Venue : PEC Hall Instructions for Presenters: y The presenters must present the progress details through multimedia slides and must focus on the progress report rather than the introduction, methodology and operation of the project. y The presenters must submit the final progress report including all the progress details from the beginning to till now as per the format recommended by R&D. y The progress report must be submitted prior to the presentation. y The progress report must be submitted only after approval from the respective supervisor. y All the team members of the project must attend the presentation y Presenters must present their content in the time allocated. : Time: 8:00 a.m-10:00a.m : Time : 7:00 am 8:00 am
