CONDITIONS; DISCLAIMER DD MONTH YYYY Dear XXXXXX Please find attached the move-out condition report with amendments

as discussed on DD MONTH YYYY.

1. Your lease/rental agreement requires amongst others, that you leave the property
in a clean and undamaged condition. 2. As agreed with the lessor, you have an extension til 17:00 on 07/05/2011 to finalise / attend to the items on the report. 3. Please note that your deposit will be applied to payments still outstanding and to cover the costs of any damage to and/or cleaning of the property not attended to after the deadline. 4. The lessor has agreed to attend to the following items on the moveout report: a. Fix and paint the internal bedroom and bathroom doors at the lessors expense b. Painting of premises; however the lessee will pay the to the lessor the cost of 20L Gold Medal Paint contractors PVA 5. The lessor has agreed to store your goods in the garage until 06/05/2011. Thereafter a storage charge of R200 per day will be charged. The lessee understands that the goods are stored at his own risk and the lessor is not responsible for any damages or loss caused by theft, fire or any other causes whatsoever. 6. The lessee has to provide quotations for work contracted to external contractors by 10:00 on 5/05/2011 7. All workmanship done is to be inspected and signed off by the lessor or his representative.
