EAM: Preventive Maintenance frequency based: Create a Schedule Set NAV: Preventive Maintenance > Set Name Definition

Create an Asset: NAV: Asset > Asset Group Enter the name as Machine and copy @Asset Grope template.

Under Inventory TAB enter the Prefix and starting number as shown

Under Asset Management TAB Asset item type should be Asset Group.

Save and assign to Org EM1

Define M/C Mainte Department. NAV: Setup > Routing > Department

Define Activity: NAV: Activities > Master Activities Enter the Name as MAINTENANCE_CHILD ACTIVITY Under Asset Management TAB Select Asset Item type as Asset Activity Under Asset Activity properties as shown.

Save and assign to Org EM1

Define Asset Number for the Asset Group Machine. NAV: Assets > Asset Numbers > Asset Numbers

Click on Associate Activity

Create a Schedule Name NAV: Preventive Maintenance > Schedule Definition

Click on Last Service info Enter the Start date and end date.

Save and close the form. Run Work Order genearation program.

Concurrent request completed successfully.

Query for the Work Orders Created. NAV: Work Orders > Work Orders

Click on Open The status will be Unreleased

Release the Work Order.

Go to Tools and select Active Work Orders
