1. Admission Fee Rs. 5,000/- (once) 2. Library security Rs. 5,000/- (once, refundable) 3. Hostel/Transport fund Rs. 2,000/- (once) Tuition Fee Rs. 1,250/- per credit hour per semester (There are 18 credit hours in first semester of BS Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering. Totaling an amount of Rs 22500/- as tuition fee) 5. Registration Fee Rs. 1,000/- per semester 6. Examination Fee Rs. 1,000/- per semester 7. Student Club Fee Rs. 1,500/- per semester 8. IT Services fee Rs. 1,500/- per semester 9. Hostel Internet charges Rs. 1,000/- per semester. For those availing internet connections in their rooms in PIEAS hostels. 10. Transport charges Rs. 5,000/- per semester. For those availing PIEAS transport. 11. Hostel Accommodation Rs. 1,500/per month (shared accommodation). For those availing hostel accommodation in PIEAS hostels. Total fee to be deposited for 1st Semester excluding hostel accommodation and PIEAS transport. Total fee to be deposited for 1st Semester including Hostel accommodation. Total fee to be deposited for 1st Semester including PIEAS transport. Rs. 39500/Rs. 48500/Rs. 44500/-

Fee Refund Policy:


1. Complete refund after deduction of Rs. 500/- if the request for refund is made before the dead line to deposit dues. 2. Refund after deduction of admission fee if the request for refund is made after the dead line to deposit dues but before the date of joining PIEAS. 3. Refund after deduction of admission fee and 50% tuition fee if the request for refund is made after the date of joining during the orientation days but before the start of classes. 4. No refund after the start of classes.
