Application to implead the applicant as respondent.

Respectfully Sheweth: -
1. That the applicant submitted an application against the writ
petitioner/accused on which a thorough inquiry was
conducted. The writ petitioner/accused was found guilty and a
case F.I.R. No. 17/2000 dated 25.1.2000, under section
161/420, 467/468, 471 P.P.C. read with section 5 (2) 47 P.C.A.
was registered at police station A.C.E. Multan Region.

2. That the writ petitioner/accused instead of joining the


investigation, filed a writ petition in this Hon’ble Court for
quashment, on which the proceedings of the said F.I.R. were
stayed vide order dated 23.8.2000.

3. That the order dated 23.8.2000 was precured by the mis-


statement of facts and this writ petition is even not
maintainable in the eyes of law.

4. That the applicant being the complainant is a necessary party,


but was not intentionally arrayed as respondent.
5. That if the complainant shall not be impleaded as respondent
before this Hon’ble, the proper assistance could not be
extended in this matter to this Hon’ble Court.
It is, therefor, respectfully prayed that the
applicant may please be impleaded as respondent in the
above-titled writ petition in the interest of justice.
Any other relief, which this Hon’ble Court deems
fit, may kindly be extended to meet the ends of justice.
