Firstly,I ordered a veggie burger for my friend,a salad for me and two cokes.I was very displeased with the lack of taste in the salad, although there was a considerable amount of olive oil,and the burger was not particularly enjoyable. Despite the positive recommandations i have received,the meal was really sub standard and extremely disappointing. Furthermore,the customer service was under the proper qualification. We had a reservation, but we were not seated until an hour after the reservation time. The server was insulting and rude to me when the problem was pointed out and refused to set me up with another meal.I feel that it is necessary to bring this matter to your attention since this person's behaviour could harm the restaurant's reputation. Might I suggest that,you should be more carefull with your food if you want to maintain the high standards of your restaurant.Regarding the service,I would suggest that in the future you should hire only qualificated personal to avoid possible inconveniences. I trust that you will investigate my complaint and ensure that the person responsible is brought to task and advised to treat customers a little better in the future, after all, his employment depends on the goodwill of customers and his manner has certainly lost you one of your customers. All this things considered,I believe you should refund the cost of the meal.If you do not do either of these I will have no other alternative than to take legal action.
