Whether it is a PS/2, USB or serial port mouse or cordless mouse 3. It should be plugged to all the ports of different manufacturers 4. It should be platform independent. 5. Right clicking on the mouse should open the context window. 6. Double clicking on any folder should open up the file 7. Should be able to scroll up and down using the scroll button on the mouse. 8. Should be able to change the functionality of the right and left mouse by changing the settings. 9. Should be able to point to the scrollbar and then drag up and down. 10. Should always point to the right place, where it is intended to point.
