Addendum to Tenancy Agreement

The Guarantor at the request of the Tenant and in consideration of the tenancy created by the Agreement (to which this addendum refers) HEREBY COVENANTS AND GUARANTEES with the Landlord that: The Tenant shall at all times during the tenancy (including any extension or renewal of same and further including any period of occupation not specified in the Agreement extension or renewal agreements) duly pay the respective rents reserved and made payable and duly observe and perform all covenants on the part of the Tenant and the conditions as contained in the Agreement (or as varied by agreement between the parties in any extension or renewal of same). The Guarantor shall at all times hereafter pay and make good to the Landlord all losses costs damages and expenses occasioned to the Landlord by the non-payment of the said rents or any of them or any part thereof or the breach non-observance or non-performance of any of the said covenants and conditions as aforesaid and further that any neglect or forbearance on the part of the Landlord in enforcing or giving time to the Tenant for payment of the said rents or any of them or any part thereof or the observance or performance of any of the said covenants and conditions shall not in any way release the Guarantor in respect of his/her liability under the covenant or guarantee on his part hereinbefore contained. Guarantors are only guaranteeing the respective tenants rent.
This form needs to be returned to Digsforstudents.com within 1 week from the above date with photo copies of proof of address (utility bill) and photo id (driving licence or passport)
