Maintaining effective Customer relationships and achievement of sales plans / targets Secure new business, identify & develop new services. Meeting monthly sales goals & targets. Provide a consistently high level of service to both external and internal customers of the Company. This will cover both verbal and written customer liaison regarding freight rates, service parameter, schedule information and customer inquiries and complaints Develop a positive culture within the operations which promotes continuous improvement and the development of the team. Make optimal use of marketing plans and materials and ensure that same are always kept up to date. Prepare tenders and quotations in cooperation with the operations department for both local as well as overseas accounts.
