A checksheet is a tool for improving quality improvement processes. This is a distribution checksheet which i
used to collect data in order to determine how a variable is dispersed with in an area of possible occurences.
After the data is collected on the spreadsheet, you can manipulate it however you choose. Tables, graphs, etc.
