Happy Thanksgiving!!

You are cordially invited to our 3rd Annual ELS/Homestay Thanksgiving Covered Dish Dinner
Monday, November 21st 12:30pm at the OCU Baptist Collegiate Ministry (BCM)
(at the corner of N.W. 23Rd & Kentucky)

We have so much fun preparing and serving our ELS Students a traditional Thanksgiving Dinner, and they really enjoy and appreciate all the hard work that goes into planning and preparation. The BCM facility is very nice, with a full kitchen, and has plenty of room for our expected 130 or so students and guests. We need to find three or four gracious souls who would be willing to cook a turkey that ELS will provide. We also would like to ask our homestays to bring a side-dish if they plan to attend, unless they are the ones cooking a turkey. If you are unable to attend, would it be possible to send a side-dish with your student? Our students will be asked to bring desert items. (guess who will make it) Possible traditional dishes would be: Turkey Dressing & Gravy - Green Bean Casserole Broccoli/Rice Casserole Mashed Potatoes - Sweet Potatoes Fruit Salad - Rolls & Butter Tea or Water (or anything you would love to make and bring) Note: a 9x12 pan serves 10-12 people so please double or triple your recipe, if at all possible

****Since time is short please RSVP by replying by email or 604-8780 PS We will also need help setting up and decorating the tables, and clean-up after
