Selection Process Chart

The selection process at Advatech has several steps: 1) When a vacancy opens in a department, applications are collected from various sources like colleges and job portals. 2) The applications are screened and unsuitable ones are rejected. 3) Shortlisted candidates are called for an interview to assess their personality, experience, subject knowledge and general awareness. 4) Candidates who clear the interview undergo a medical checkup. 5) Medically fit candidates are finally selected and offered appointment letters.

Where there is any organization department then they collect inIormation through collages, institution,
university ect.
COLLECTION OF APPLICATION:
They collect application Irom post, which are directly received. They collect list Irom district employment
exchange campus interview ect.
SCRITINISATION OF APPLICATION:
AIter collection oI application. They are studies in detail & not suitable application are rejected & other kept
Ior Iurther process.
INTERVIEW
Remaining application are then called Ior interview in this interview person personality, experiences, and
subject knowledge, general knowledge ect. Are tested interview result declared on that day.
MEDICAL CHEACK UP
Selected person sent Ior medical checkup & when person medically Iit then section is done
SELECTION
Medical Iit person gave oIIer letter & then person is joining in a work. In Advatech probation period is
diIIerent Ior diIIerent types oI person.
12 month Ior oIIicers.
6 month Ior clericals.
3 month Ior workers.
