Executive Summary:
We are basically dealing in handy craIt business which have more demand in Ioreign countries
due to its uniqueness and attractive color combination. Products in which we are dealing are
hand made bed sheets, Shawals, bed covers and pouches. Firstly we will introduce such items in
local market (Rawalpindi and Islamabad) then we will move Iurther towards international
market.

Products:
At our initial level products which we are oIIering are hand made, embroided bed sheets,
Shawls, bed cover and pouches. AIter ward we want to increase our product line by introducing
ladies dresses , hand made bags and mobile covers.
Price : Prices oI our products could vary according to the embroided work and its stuII.
Place : Rawalpindi and Islamabad.
Promotion: we will promote our products through exhibitions, brouchers and word oI mouth,

Products Supply:
Our main target to supply our products Iirstly in local market ( Rawalpindi , Islamabad) then
Iurther we have plans to expand our business in Ioreign countries like USA and UK.

Environmental Analysis:
Environment plays vital role in the promoting our products, Ior the promotion oI our products ,
which I have mentioned above, Iirstly we will go Ior our products exhibition in Farooq
corporation situated in Rawalpinidi, some location in Islamabad as well.


Production Plan
We are basically outsourcing our products Irom the manuIacturer based in Haripur.

Operational Plan:
Initially we are not doing investment , we will simply take products Irom manuIacturer and will
sell those products in Rawalpindi and Islamabad markets.
Target Market:
O As we are dealing with embroided hand made items, so our target market would be
upper and upper middle class.
O Our target audience would be women who are more interested in buying such products.

Financial Plan:
Our initial investment would be 5000 each as we are total 6 partners in this business.
Risk Assessment:
Business is all about taking risk, we will try to minimize our risk by providing the standard
products to our client.
