MET-a morphosis . . . from a gauche student to a Confident Recruit.


Young Management students are knowledgeable, energetic and enthusiastic. But converting these assets into a job offer at an Interview is a challenge not everyone can meet with easy confidence. The need of the hour is to impart them skills focused on the specific requirements of interviews.

MET-amorphosis is a specially designed workshop by expert Faculty, Dr. Ahalya Samtaney and Dr. Arti Sachdeva both literature experts with over three decades of teaching experience and Ms Neera Mohan ex-Adv professional and placement head. This workshop aims to train students from faltering novices to accomplished candidates, confident of putting their best foot forward to earn the job offer.

A Plenary Session will be conducted for the entire class to impart tips on Interview

essentials, etiquette and finesse. A list of FAQs will be given to each student. Responses to each question will be written by the student. The same will be corrected, improved upon and returned.

Step 2 will involve identifying students abilities in communication, work experience

and confidence. The class will be divided into 3 groups: Experienced; Moderate; (in need of) Intensive (coaching).

A session each will be held for groups 1 and 2, with FAQs of different categories and

individual responses. Each student will preferably be trial-tested and counseled in areas needing improvement.

Two sessions or more will be conducted for the third group, one with the above

process and another for repetition, remedial work and re-inforcement. Students of MMS II who are now poised to face Placement Interviews will find this the ideal requirement in helping them develop confidence and self-assurance.
