The document provides guidelines for adult advanced life support for unresponsive patients not breathing or only gasping occasionally. It outlines the steps to call for help, begin CPR, attach a defibrillator to assess rhythm and deliver shocks if needed, continue CPR for 2 minutes between assessments and shocks, and treat any reversible medical causes while continuing CPR, oxygenation, and post-cardiac arrest care and treatment.
