Students are responsible for a term project that covers a detailed design process for a new system for

a type of business of a student choice. The project should include the following topics related to systems design: 1. 2. 3. The type of business proposed (this is up to the student). What are the alternatives for system requirements and implementation? Provide a detailed description of the elements of the system design including all activities and network architecture design. 4. Provide a system flow chart or a structure chart for the system as needed. 5. Provide communication diagrams for detailed system design and updated class diagrams as needed. 6. Provide an architectural model for distributed databases for the system. 7. How the user interface is going to be designed and used in the new system? 8. Describe the security and controls that affects the design and operation of information systems. 9. Describe how you are going to make the system operational focus on implementation and support activities. 10. What are the types of software rests needed for your system and how each type is used? Format, Guidelines and Due Date: This project is to be done using MS Word. It should consist of between 10 20 pages, double spaced with 1 margins.
