ACTIVITY 1: WAKING UP AT 06:00 AM IN THE MORNING POSSIBLE DELAYS: y Setting up an incorrect alarm time. y The sound of the alarm bell was not audible, henceforth, it got delayed. y In the event, the alarm bell didn t buzz on time, my mother rang me usually, but she due to some issue was not able to do so y The feeling of laziness made me waked up late in the morning. Possible failures y The alarm clock battery breaks down. y Forgot to set up a alarm time in the event of tiredness during the previous night. y In the event of illness

ACTIVITY 2: GETTING FRESHENED UP Possible delays: y Forgot the actual place where I kept my tooth brush the previous morning. y The water supply was temporary stopped due to some event. y The toothpaste was unexpectedly to be out of stock. y There was a long queue for the bathroom .

y Was not able to judge what wardrobe to be selected for the present day . y Just due to a phone call in the mean time, the event of freshening up got delayed.

Possible failures: y The water supply was unexpectedly blocked due to some event. y Due to insufficiency of time, wasn t able to be properly freshened up.

ACTIVITY 3: Ironing of clothes

Possible delays y There was temporary rostage of power electricity supply. y The particular clothes to be ironed were not easily available in the pile of other clothes. y The other hosteller s wanted to iron their clothes before me, so the proceedings got delayed y There was a slight disturbance in the adjustment settings of the iron. y Got a phone call in between, so wasn t able to iron the clothes in the prescribed time.

Possible failures: y There was a permanent breakage of electricity supply for the entire day. y The iron didn t had the flow of electricity current in it so stopped functioning. y The clothes to be ironed were not found after searching the whole lot. y

Activity 4: Breakfast Possible delays: y The food was not being prepared at the scheduled time. y The authorized cook was on an unexpected leave so the food was not available. y The grocery to served for the breakfast was out of stock. y No electricity and water supply.

POSSIBLE FAILURES: y The food was unhygienic.

y Gas cylinder got finished and no arrangement for the replacement was not done. y Microwave which is one of the essentials during the cooking process was not functioning. y Some accident occurred in the kitchen ,due to which the cook was not in a mere position to prepare the meal for us.

Activity 5: the path to college Possible delays y Motor vehicle had some temporary issue which resulted out in delay. y The road was somehow disrupted to an extent which eventually leaded to delay. y There was quite an unexpected traffic jam which resulted out in delay y There were riots beings held in the city between two different communities which leaded to diversion of road paths which made me late for the college . y Got a emergency call from the parents to had a confirmation on some important topic which resulted out in delay y Met a close friend in the way after a reasonable period of time which ultimately resulted out in my delay.

y The parking lot was full which made me somehow argue with the parking attendant to provide me with a parking space somehow. Possible failures: y Due to the illness , I was not able to make it to the college. y Accident occurred in the way so wasn t able to make it to the college. y Got an emergency phone call from home, asking me to return back immediately, so I wasn t able to make it back to the college. y Some high authority person died in the college which ultimately resulted in the official closure of college for the particular day.
