I have been working with Kerem since 2008 and even though we work for different departments, we had

the chance to work together in some projects. We have worked for "Improving Cooling Water System Performance and Cooling Water Quality", "Renewing of Insulation Systems in Process Plants and Auditing the Renewing Jobs" and some other 5 Whys Studies to investigate the root causes of problems that diminish asset reliability. During these projects, Kerem dedicated himself to his work with the sense of responsibility. We have also attended Engineering Management Graduate Program in METU and completed many lessons together. We have prepared the graduate project Re-engineering the Inventory Management System and the process of Procurement in TPRA Co. with a group of two. And also during the project, his contribution and effort to complete this project on time with a successful result was significant. In terms of the topics that I have explained and many others that I did not mention above, knowing and also working with him is a great luck for everyone who has that chance.
